Ingredients.

Ingredients for: 1 person 
1. 1 Piece Salmon Steak
2. 1 Tbsp. Salmon Eggs 
3. 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
4. 4-5 Handful Spinach Leaves (Puay Leng)
5. 1 Ball Tomato (cut half)






















How to Cook.

1. Season salmon with salt, pepper and tomatoes and olive oil. Then set aside.
2. Heat the pan. Pour olive oil, fry garlic, then add spinach and fry until done. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Set the pan (another pan) add fish, tomato and grill until cook. Grill fish 2-3 minutes on each side. Then rest for 1 minute.
4. Arrange fish, tomatoes and spinach on the dish. Decorate beautifully and ready to serve.

Ingredient:

Duration: 30 minutes For 1 person

1. 1 Piece Lamb chop
2. Thyme
3. Rosemary
4. 1-2 Tbsp. Shallot
5. 2 Tbsp. Honey
6. 1 Tbsp. Bulsamic Orange juice
7. 7 Cherry tomatoes
8. 1 cup of Mint Leave

How to Cook:
1. Season lamb with salt, black pepper, parsley, Thyme, Bulsamic and honey, then set aside 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Make salad side dish by mix Bulsamic, salt, pepper, olive oil, tomatoes and mint leaves. Then put on the dish.

3. Grilled pieces of lamb with high heat 1-2 minutes on each side. If you worry it's not cooked, you can bake at 180 degrees about 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside for 1 minute. Ready to serve.

2. Crave fish for 1-1/2 inch and scald into the very hot water for 10 minutes.
3. Mix soya bean , soya oil , sugar , pepper together. After that dress them on the fish and steam for another 3 minutes

1. Sliced roast lamb
2. 1 Handful of mint leaves
3. 2 Tbsp. of Lemon grass
4. 1-2 Tbsp. Shallot
5. Chopped goat pepper
6. 1 Tsp. Chopped bird chilli
7. Lemon juice 2 Tbsp.
8. Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.
9. Sugar 1/2 Tbsp.

How to Cook.

1. Make spicy salad dressing by mix fish sauce, lime, sugar. Then add chilli, shallot and lemon grass to mix well until well combined.
2. Add lamb meat to mix together. Taste and put mint leave at last.
3. Arrange on a plate in your style. Sprinkle with chopped red goat pepper.

Ingredient.. 

1. 500 pork ribs (cut into pieces)
2. 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
3. 1 Tsp. Sugar 
4. 2 Lime
5. 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
6. 15 Seeds Chili Garden
7. 5 Fried Chili 
8. 5 Pieces Sliced Galangal
9. 2 Stalks Lemongrass (cut oblique)
10. 5 Kaffir lime leaves (torn)
11. 2 Parsley (cut into 2 inches pieces long)
12. 3 Heads Shallot (smashed)
13. Water


How to Cook.. 

1. Pour boiling water into the pot and boil. Then put the pork ribs down. Stew with low heat 1 hour.
2. When pork ribs start to tender, add galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, shallots, bird chili, cayenne pepper. Cover and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
3. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and then turn off the gas. Gradually add lime, fried chili and long Coriander. Ready to serve.

How to Cook.

2. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Put the thermometer ( 52 degrees ) And set aside 5-10 minutes.

Ingredient. 

Duration : 60 minutes
For 5-6 person

1. 1 large piece of lamb shoulder
2. Rosemary
3. Mint.
4. 1/3 cup Minced Garlic
5. Olive oil

How to Cook. 


1. Trim of excess of fat out. Then spread it and season with salt, pepper, garlic and fill with mint leave and rosemary.

2. Roll lamb into a beautiful piece. Season outside with salt, pepper, rosemary and anoint with olive oil.

3. Warm in the oven at 180 degrees, using a meat thermometer (set at 40 degrees) stab in the middle of the meat. Bake for 30-40 minutes and then remove out to check the temperature. Ready to serve.

Tips: After remove from the oven, set aside for 1-2 minutes. The temperature will rise about 5 degrees.

How to Cook.

1. Pour vinaigrette into a mixing bowl, then put tomato and rocket to mix well together. Then arrange on a plate.


2. Put lamb to mix in another plate. Then place on the rocket and sprinkle with chopped parsley and cheese as much as you like.

Tips: You should gently mix the vegetables.
