Rice Noodle Crepe Filled with Roasted Red Pork


Rice Noodle Crepe Filled with Roasted Red Pork - This menu is pure Cantonese style. We can use pork or shrimp to filled inside and dress them with special dressing that made from sesame oil. Easy to cook and also can filled them inside with any kinds of ingredients.


Ingredient 

Cook 15 minutes For 2-3 person

1. 1/2 kg. of flat noodle 
2. 150 grams of chopped roasted red pork
3. 5 shrimps
4. coriander leaves , red chili
5. 1-1/2 cup of soup
6. 2 Tbsp. of Chinese sour sauce 

Ingredients of dressing
1. 50 grams of streaky pork (no skin)
2. 1-1/2 cup of chicken soup 
3. 1/2 Tsp. of ground pepper
4. 1 coriander root
5. 1-1/2 Tsp. of sugar
6. 1 Tsp. of rock sugar
7. 2 Tsp. of sesame oil
8. 2 Tbsp. of sauce
9. 1 -1/2 Tbsp. of soy sauce
10. black soy sauce



How to Cook

1. Cut flat noodle for 3x4 inch or 6x6 inch and put them on the tray.
2. Put roasted red pork and shrimp on the cut flat noodle and fold them on the warm pan (see in clip).
3. Steam them for 8 minutes.
4. Making dressing sauce.
5. Fry streaky pork with chicken soup and coriander root.
6. Seasoning with sugar , rock sugar , soy sauce , pepper and dressing sauce.
7. Add black soy sauce and sesame oil for the last.
8. Dress them on folded noddle that already steamed. Decorate with coriander leaves and red chili. Serve with Chinese sour sauce.

Tips
Better choose to use flat noodle that mixed with dried shrimp for more delicious.
