Chinese Herb Soup with Banana (Soup Pae Ha Gluay Hom) - Chinese herb Soup that called Pae Ha or 100 petals flower, or Bulbus lilly, Lilium browni (Thai magnolia) which helps nourish lung, Relax mind, well sleep and can relieve chronic cough and sore throat as well.

1. 50 grams Chinese herb (Pae-Ha)
2. 2 Bananas
3. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
4. 3 cups Water
5. 3 Mandarin orange skin

How to Cook.
1. Clean Chinese herb thoroughly. Peel and slice banana.
2. Boil water over medium heat. Add banana, Mandarin orange skin and sugar until boiling.
3. Reduce heat and boil for more 10-15 minutes until soft. Serve soup with Chinese herb and banana.
