Barracuda Fish with Garlic Sauce

To day How to  Cook a Barracuda Fish with Garlic Sauce (Pla Luak Sauce Kra Tiam) - Let’s get the special tip of blanching fish. This menu is not difficult at all. You can serve ‘Barracuda Fish with Garlic Sauce’ easily at home.


Ingredient
For 3 person Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 500 grams Fish
2. 2-3 Sliced ginger
3. 2-3 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
4. Chicken broth
Vegetable
1. 4-5 Celery
2. Oil

3. 1 Tbsp. Chinese liquor 

How to Cooks. 

1. Cut fish and blanch in boiling water. Add ginger, fish. Low the heat. Add Chinese liquor and wait until cook.
2. Fry celery and Chinese liquor with high heat. Set aside.
3. Make sauce by frying garlic with oil. Add sugar, oyster sauce, Chinese liquor, sesame oil, pepper and stir to combine.
4. Ready to serve.
