How to Cook Stir-Fried Egg Noodle with Five Color Veggies

Stir-Fried Egg Noodle with Five Color Veggies (Gouy See Mee 5 See) - Stir-Fried Egg Noodle with Five Color Veggies is a Chinese cuisine, fried egg noodles with black tofu and vegetables. Full nutritional value from five colors vegetables like carrots, peas, baby corn, Golden needle mushroom and Shitake mushroom which consist of Lentinan, anti-cancer and nourish the brain, reduce asthma and aging. Feel the nice smell of sesame oil.

Ingredient 

For 2 person
cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 1 dish Egg noodle
2. 4 Corns
3. 6 Mushrooms
4. Peas
5. 1 cup Carrot
6. 1 cup Golden needle mushroom
7. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
8. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
9. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
10. 2 Tsp. Hongkong tapioca flour
11. 1 Black tofu
12. Sugar (just a little)
13. Pepper (just a little)


How to Cook.
1. Blanch noodles in boiling water and set aside. Cut black tofu into pieces.
2. Heat the pan, add oil and fry mushrooms. Follow by soft corn, peas, carrot.
3. Fry to combine. Add black tofu, Golden needle mushroom and noodle. Add soy sauce, (sugar) and sesame oil.
4. If it dries, add water just a little. Then put tapioca flour and stir quickly until cooked. Serve hot, sprinkle pepper or add sesame oil just a little.

Chinese Herb Soup with Banana (Soup Pae Ha Gluay Hom) - Chinese herb Soup that called Pae Ha or 100 petals flower, or Bulbus lilly, Lilium browni (Thai magnolia) which helps nourish lung, Relax mind, well sleep and can relieve chronic cough and sore throat as well.


Ingredient 
For 25 minutes Cooking time: 2-3 person

1. 50 grams Chinese herb (Pae-Ha)
2. 2 Bananas
3. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
4. 3 cups Water
5. 3 Mandarin orange skin

    

How to Cook.
1. Clean Chinese herb thoroughly. Peel and slice banana.
2. Boil water over medium heat. Add banana, Mandarin orange skin and sugar until boiling.
3. Reduce heat and boil for more 10-15 minutes until soft. Serve soup with Chinese herb and banana.
