Spicy Pork Salad
Spicy Pork Salad (Mu Ma Now) - A popular dish for people who love to drink alcohol may familiar with. Soft pork mixed with concentrated sauce, with sweet, sour and salty. Eat together with kale stalks is so delicious.
Ingredient:
1. 200 grams Pork Neck
2. Stem kale (soak with ice)
3. 2 Tbsp. Lime
4. 1 Tbsp. Syrup. or 1 Tsp. Sugar
5. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
6. 10 Chillies + 5 small clove garlic (finely pounded)

How to cook:
1. Peel kale and put to soak in the ice.
2. Sliced beef neck into thin piece. (cut follow strip of the meat)
3. Boiling water, then boil pork until cooked.
4. Drain water from boiled pork out. Add garlic, fish sauce, syrup, lime and stir to combine.
5. Chop oblique kale into pieces. Serve together. Finish.
