How to Cook Seafood with Kang Som Sauce Pizza



To day you are cook Seafood with Sour Sauce Pizza (Pizza Gang Som Seafood) - Sweet and sour sauce Thai style pizza can go perfectly well together with seafood toppings. You can serve yourself easily at home. Try it and then you will love cooking!



Ingredient.
For 2-3 person
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes

1. 150 grams Pizza dough
2. 1 pack Seafood
3. 3-4 Tbsp. Sour soup
4. 1-2 Tsp. Pesto tomato sauce
5. Mozzarella cheese









How to Cook.
1. Warm the oven at 200 degrees.
2. Knead the dough and put in a buttered tray. Stab with fork thoroughly.
3. Add pesto sauce and sour soup.
4. Add seafood and cheese. Bake until cheese melt.
5. Topped with rocket salad before serving. Ready to eat.

Rendang (Indonesian) - Today we will change from Thai food to our neighbor food. If you like beef or Indian food. This menu is another interesting menu.




Ingredients.

1. 3 Shallots
2. 2 Tbsp. Galangal
3. 1-2 Lemongrass
4. 3-5 Kaffir Lime Leave
5. 2 cups coconut milk
6. 1/2 Shallot
7. 1 Tbsp. Sambal Oelek
8. 1/2 Tsp. Coriander seed powder
9. 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg powder
10. 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder 
11. 2-3 Bay leaves
12. 2 Star anise



How to Cook.

1. Heat the pan, add oil 1/4 cup over medium heat. Add shallot to fry together. Blend garlic, shallot and galangal until finely. Then fry with oil. Add chili sauce, Sambal oelek and fry 2 minutes. Cut beef into 1 inch thick and fry more 1 minute.

2. Sprinkle with spices (5,6, 10-14) and stir everything to combine. Then add coconut milk. Turn to low heat and simmer beef for 15-30 minutes until coconut milk dry out and beef tender. Finish
