Lamb Rocket Salad - Light dish but full, delicious and elegant. It’s easy to make and not much ingredients to prepare.
Ingredient.
Duration: 10 minutes For 2 person
1. Grilled lamb shoulder meat
2. 1 Handful rocket
3. Chopped parsley 1-2 Tbsp.
4. Cherry tomatoes
5. Mexican cheese 2 Tbsp.
6. Mint vinaigrette

How to Cook.
1. Pour vinaigrette into a mixing bowl, then put tomato and rocket to mix well together. Then arrange on a plate.
2. Put lamb to mix in another plate. Then place on the rocket and sprinkle with chopped parsley and cheese as much as you like.
Tips: You should gently mix the vegetables.
