For 2 Person
1. Sliced roast lamb
2. 1 Handful of mint leaves
3. 2 Tbsp. of Lemon grass
4. 1-2 Tbsp. Shallot
5. Chopped goat pepper
6. 1 Tsp. Chopped bird chilli
7. Lemon juice 2 Tbsp.
8. Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.
9. Sugar 1/2 Tbsp.

How to Cook.
1. Make spicy salad dressing by mix fish sauce, lime, sugar. Then add chilli, shallot and lemon grass to mix well until well combined.
2. Add lamb meat to mix together. Taste and put mint leave at last.
3. Arrange on a plate in your style. Sprinkle with chopped red goat pepper.
