Ingredient.
Duration : 60 minutes
For 5-6 person
1. 1 large piece of lamb shoulder
2. Rosemary
3. Mint.
4. 1/3 cup Minced Garlic
5. Olive oil

How to Cook.
1. Trim of excess of fat out. Then spread it and season with salt, pepper, garlic and fill with mint leave and rosemary.
2. Roll lamb into a beautiful piece. Season outside with salt, pepper, rosemary and anoint with olive oil.
3. Warm in the oven at 180 degrees, using a meat thermometer (set at 40 degrees) stab in the middle of the meat. Bake for 30-40 minutes and then remove out to check the temperature. Ready to serve.
Tips: After remove from the oven, set aside for 1-2 minutes. The temperature will rise about 5 degrees.
